What information do you need to provide a cost estimate?
We need the year, make, model, color, vin number to help you get the right part for your vehicle. Many of our vehicle specific items ask for vehicle information in order to show you parts meant to fit your vehicle requirements.


How does the Pick Up In-store process work when I place an online order?
Once you have all your items in your online cart, proceed to checkout and enter your customer information. Once your order has been submitted and accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as all the items in your order are ready, we will send you an email notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up. Simple. Fast. Done.

What do I need to bring to the store when picking up my in-store order?
You will need to bring the following items with you when picking up your in-store order:
1. Valid photo ID
2. Your order confirmation email

Does my in-store order expire?
Yes. In-store orders are available for pick up for three (3) days from the time you receive an email from us notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up. Any orders not picked up at your selected store during the three (3) day period will be cancelled and your items returned to stock.
